RETURN & REFUND POLICY – LURETTE

Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This right applies regardless of the 30-day policy above. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit your request through your customer account at https://account.lurette.shop or by contacting us at support@lurette.shop. Upon withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene Notice: For health and hygiene reasons, earbuds and personal wellness devices that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@lurette.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@lurette.shop with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@lurette.shop.
